Betty Norman Bunch, 83, passed away peacefully Monday May 27, 2013.
She was born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin on Nov. 3, 1929 the daughter of Eugene J. and Clara (Venne) Norman.
On Nov. 17, 1956 she married Thomas M. Bunch, her loving and devoted husband of 56 years.
Betty worked as a Sales Associate at May Co. for over 20 years.
She was an active and devoted member of St. Justin Martyr Catholic Church; she and her husband were members of the Chagrin Lagoons Yacht Club and the West Channel Yacht Club; together they loved to sail; they also enjoyed cross country skiing, kick sledding, kayaking, cycling and rowing. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother and will be missed dearly.
She is survived by her husband Thomas; her children: Ann Marie Bunch, Joseph Bunch and Karen (Ray) Hoon; her grandchildren: Austin Hoon, Nicolette Hoon, Raymond Hoon, and Autumn Hoon; and her sister Jeanie (Don) Daniewicz.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her son Mark in 2001.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday (June 1st) at 10 am at St. Justin Martyr Church, 35781 Stevens Blvd, Eastlake. Burial will follow in All Souls Cemetery.
Visitation will be held on Friday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 in the MONREAL FUNERAL HOME, 35400 Curtis Blvd., Eastlake.
