Glen Phelps

Glen Phelps, age 67, of Wickliffe, passed away peacefully on December 23, 2021. He was born in Painesville, OH, on August 2, 1954, to the late William and Thelma. He was a loving father, grandfather, great-grandfather, brother, uncle, cousin, and dear friend who will be greatly missed by all who knew him. Glen proudly served in the Army during Vietnam. During his free time, he enjoyed being a member of the following clubs American Legion Post 678-Willowick, Hungarian Culture Club-Fairport and the American Riders. Glen is survived by his cherished daughter Ericka Stewart; grandchildren, Whitney Gudbranson and Austin Stewart; great-granddaughter Autumn Lynn; siblings, Pat (Doug) Joyner, Bill Phelps (Charlene) and Tim (Karen) Phelps; cousins, Dale (Roxanne) Phelps, Susie Miller, and Rosalind Savoca. He was preceded in death by his son Jason Phelps. Visitation will be on Tuesday, December 28, 2021, from 4 to 7pm at Monreal Funeral Home, 35400 Curtis Blvd., Eastlake. A Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, December 29, 2021, at 10am also at the funeral home. Glen will be laid to rest at Mentor Cemetery in Mentor, OH.
