Gregory J. Vranekovic, age 68, of Euclid, passed away February 16, 2022. He was born in Cleveland, on May 2, 1953, to the late John and Mary Vranekovic. He was a devoted and loving husband and father who will be greatly missed by all who knew him. Greg proudly retired from the Plain Dealer after dedicating 41 years. Greg is survived by his wife of 47 years, Sharon Vranekovic (nee Schultz) and son Gregory J. Vranekovic Jr. He was preceded in death by his parents and his aunt Lottie Rybicki. Visitation will be on Friday, February 25, 2022, from 5 to 7pm at the Monreal Funeral Home, 35400 Curtis Blvd., Eastlake. A Funeral Service will be held at 7pm also at the funeral home.
