Please take special note that the Funeral Mass will be held at 9am on Saturday. Ivan Begovic, age 71, of Concord, passed away July 21, 2021. He was born on December 11, 1949. He was a proud and loving husband, father, grandfather, son, brother, uncle, and friend, who will be greatly missed by all who knew him. Ivan is survived by loving wife of 48 years, Milka Begovic, his daughters Ana (Kevin) Strauss and Sr. Maria Ivana Begovic, grandchildren Deven, Ivana, Evelina, and Maja, mother Justina Begovic and siblings Jelena (Mile) and Toma (Milka). He was preceded in death by his father Joso Begovic and his brothers Mate, Mile, and Josip "Joza." Visitation will be on Friday, July 23, 2021, from 4 to 8pm at Monreal Funeral Home, 35400 Curtis Blvd., Eastlake. A Funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, July 24, 2021, at 9am at St. Paul Croatian Church, 1369 E 40th St, Cleveland, OH 44103. Please meet at the church for the 9am Mass of Christian Burial. Ivan will be laid to rest at All Souls Cemetery in Chardon, Oh.
