Kenneth R. Linn “Papa Linn”, age 91, of Wickliffe, passed away on April 1, 2019. He was born in Cleveland on October 18, 1927 to the late Albert and Ethel Linn. Kenneth bravely served his country during WWII, married the love of his life Pat and raised 4 kids with her until her untimely passing. He worked for Chase Bag Co. in Chagrin Falls where he contributed to the creation of the Hershey Kiss tag and Microwave popcorn bag. His resilience and love of life kept him alive for 91 years, sometimes against great odds. Kenneth was the loving father of Cindy (Don) Veneskey, Michael (Stacy) Linn, and Diana (Rick) Sloban; a proud grandfather of Jessica (Doug) Linley, Jason Samsa, Dena Veneskey, Ricky Sloban, Steven Linn, Patrick Sloban, and Nicole Linn; a caring great-grandfather of Isaac and Elliot Linley; a brother-in-law of Alice Linn; and an uncle and friend to many. He was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Patricia Linn (nee Hallier); his son Mark Kenneth Linn; his grandson Mark William Linn; and his brother James Linn. Interment in Knollwood Cemetery.
