Linda J. Galaida

Linda J. Galaida, age 73, of Euclid, passed away unexpectedly on December 22, 2020. She was born in Cleveland to the late Steve and Helen Galaida (nee Kluz). She was a devoted and loving sister, aunt, cousin and friend who will be greatly missed by all who knew her. Linda devoted many of her working years at Macy’s. Most recently, she was employed at Eastlake and Mentor Walmart. In her free time Linda enjoyed taking cruises to the Caribbean and traveling to many other favorite destinations. Her hobbies included reading and watching the latest movies. She also was a devoted patron of Euclid Public Library. Linda is survived by brother Richard Galaida and niece Chris (Eric) Burkholder. She was preceded in death by her parents and sister-in-law Karen Galaida. Visitation will be on Tuesday, December 29, 2020 from 4 to 8 at Monreal Srnick Funeral Home, 35400 Curtis Blvd. Eastlake. A Funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, December 30, 2020 at 9:30 AM at Ss. Robert and William Parish, 367 E. 260 St., Euclid. Burial will take place at All Souls Cemetery in Chardon following mass. A celebration of life will be planned for a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations in honor of Linda can be made to Euclid Pet Pals, 25100 Lakeland Blvd., Euclid, OH 44132.
