Kevin A. Toth

On March 26th, 2025, Kevin Toth age 42 passed away surrounded by his loving family and friends at the David Simpson Hospice house. Kevin was born July 23, 1982, to Gary and Linda Toth. He graduated from Mentor High School and went on to receive an Engineering Degree from Akron University. One of Kevin's first jobs was at Perkins as he so often reminded us whenever he was watching us cook. He went on to work at Libra Industries after college. Kevin was currently employed at Steris as a Senior Engineering Test Technician in Research and Development, where he dedicated the last 7 years and developed long-lasting friendships with his team doing what he loved. Kevin enjoyed spending his free time camping along the Grand River, riding his four-wheeler, traveling on cruises to exotic places as well as hiking the great outdoors, listening to music, his favorite being classic rock and country music, watching sunsets over the lake, and watching sports on Sunday, mostly football with the occasional NASCAR and golf. Kevin will be remembered and missed most for being the world's greatest friend, son and big brother, his great sense of humor that kept us all laughing till the end, his strong work ethic, his midnight canoe trips, sharing his favorite music, and of course his favorite punchline "You're doing it all wrong!" Kevin is survived by his beloved life partner Melissa Howell-Drenski, their dog Louie, his parents Gary and Linda Toth, and his younger brother Brian (Marissa) Toth. As well as many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. He is preceded in death by his grandparents George & Elizabeth Toth, and Carl & Evelyn Roth. Friends and family to gather on Sunday, April 13, 2025, from 12pm to 4pm at Monreal Srnick Funeral Home, 35400 Curtis Blvd, Eastlake. A Funeral Service will be held at 4pm also at the funeral home. In lieu of donations, we ask that you live your life to the fullest and get out and see all the beautiful things life has to offer, especially some of the things on Kevin's list that he never got a chance to see.
