Nancy L. Spoth

Nancy L. Spoth, age 84, passed away peacefully on July 2, 2025. Nancy was born on March 18, 1941, in Cleveland, Ohio, to the late Mike and Shirley Molnar. She is survived by her devoted husband of 62 years, Randolph "Randy" Spoth, and their loving children, Laura Krus (Tom) and Michael Spoth (Donna). Nancy's legacy lives on through her cherished grandchildren, Renee, Bridget, Caitlin, and her great-granddaughter, Rosalyn. Nancy also leaves behind nephews Bob, David, Tom, Jason, Michael Keith, Richard, Jim, Chris, Patrick, Buckey, nieces Elizabeth and Maggie along with their families. She was preceded in death by her parents and her brother Mickey Molnar. Nancy was a vivacious spirit and a dedicated homemaker whose love for her family knew no bounds. She had an adventurous heart, having traveled extensively throughout 49 states in the U.S. and 23 countries in Europe, including Italy, Austria, Spain, Prague, Greece, and France. Her travels often included special trips with her granddaughters, where they explored languages and cultures together, creating memories that will last a lifetime. In addition to her passion for travel, Nancy found joy in golfing and cherished her second home in Florida. She had a deep appreciation for American Indian culture and developed an extensive pottery collection that reflected her interests and love for the arts. In her earlier years, Nancy excelled in the real estate business, where she established herself as a friendly and successful figure in the community. Nancy was a supporter of her family, often spoiling her granddaughters with love and affection. She will be remembered for her warm heart, infectious laughter, and the countless moments of joy she brought to those around her. Friends and family will gather to celebrate Nancy's life on Sunday, July 6, 2025, from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Monreal Srnick Funeral Home, located at 35400 Curtis Blvd, Eastlake, OH 44095. A funeral service honoring her memory will be held on Monday, July 7, 2025, at 10:30 AM at the same location. Following the service, she will be laid to rest at Knollwood Cemetery, 1678 SOM Ctr Rd, Mayfield Heights, OH 44124. In lieu of flowers, donations in honor of Nancy can be made to a local animal shelter or local food bank in her name.
