1. Urgent Assistance & Immediate Need Notice

Our online contact forms, pre-planning inquiries, and electronic messaging channels are not monitored for immediate emergencies or urgent death notifications.

2. Legal Authority to Arrange & Nature of Online Inquiries

• Informational Inquiries: Submitting an online arrangement intake form, pre-planning inquiry, or contact message does not establish a binding funeral contract, nor does it transfer legal custody or responsibility for remains to our funeral home.

• Statutory Authority Required: All formal funeral, cremation, burial, and memorial service agreements must be executed in writing by the legally authorized representative(s) pursuant to applicable state statutes governing the right to control disposition of remains. We reserve the right to require legal documentation (e.g., photo identification, appointment of disposition rights, healthcare power of attorney, or letters of authority) before initiating professional services or disposition.

3. Pricing, General Price List (GPL), & FTC Compliance

• FTC Funeral Rule Compliance: In compliance with the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) Funeral Rule and applicable state licensing requirements, our current General Price List (GPL), Casket Price List (CPL), and Outer Burial Container Price List (OBCPL) are available upon request and posted where required by law.

• Non-Binding Online Estimates: Any pricing figures, merchandise descriptions, package builders, or online cost estimators displayed on this Site are provided for educational and estimation purposes only. Formal pricing, itemized selections, cash advance items, and final totals become legally binding only when executed in a written Statement of Funeral Goods and Services Selected signed by the purchasing party and a licensed funeral director.

How to Opt Out (Unsubscribe)

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text STOP to our number in response to any text message you receive. After texting STOP, you will receive one final SMS confirming that you have been unsubscribed. No further messages will be sent to your mobile phone unless you reactivate consent.
